ManíFood Argentina is the result of the work and vision of four entrepreneurs who share a common goal: to industrialize peanuts at their place of origin. We aim to generate added value and development for a region known for its production, which until recently lacked a plant to close the production chain. Our arrival seeks to change that reality, creating a direct bridge between the field and the industry.
As a young company, we maintain the flexibility to adapt to the changes and demands of current markets. We are committed to continuous improvement, reliability, and consistency in our processes to ensure food safety and competitiveness.
We invest permanently with the purpose of expanding our capacities and incorporating sustainable practices that care for both the environment and the community around us.
The result of this approach is a comprehensive proposal that transforms peanuts into high-value products. Our commitment is to offer quality and service to producers and customers, while promoting local growth in one of the most important peanut production regions in Argentina.
To build bridges between regional producers and consumers, ensuring that peanuts arrive fresh and authentic everywhere.
To lead the transition from primary production to the industrialization of peanuts in the General Roca department.
We prioritize a human and personalized approach; every producer knows they are part of the ManíFood family.
We adapt schedules, volumes, and conditions for each producer, without bureaucracy or rigid processes.
We process every peanut to ensure it meets the highest health and safety standards.
We incorporate technological and process improvements to achieve continuous enhancement in resource efficiency.
We are committed to local production development, creating jobs and strengthening the economy of those who rely on peanuts.

Upon arrival, peanuts are inspected and analyzed. Once approved, they are pre-cleaned, dried if necessary, and stored under controlled conditions.
The shell is separated from the kernel, and impurities are removed using equipment for selection by weight, size, and metal detection.
Kernels are sorted by size and packaged in bags or big bags, ready for dispatch or further processing.
Currently, this is an outsourced service. We are developing a project to integrate our own blanching plant to control 100% of the process.
The peanuts are slightly heated to facilitate the removal of the skin, which is then mechanically removed without damaging the kernel.
Kernels with remaining skin or defects are removed, and a final check for foreign bodies is performed to ensure a pure product.
The final product is packaged and stored until it is sold to its final destination, maintaining its freshness and quality.
